Element Decor is an independent, family-owned millwork shop at 20371 Prairie St in Chatsworth, a few miles from Porter Ranch, working since 2014. We add built-ins, media walls, ceiling beams and wall panels to new homes after closing. Everything is drawn to your floor plan, built in our own shop and installed by our own crew.

What we add to a new home
- Media walls with the wiring inside the wall and a vented bay for the components.
- Built-in cabinetry: closets, bookcases, home office walls and storage, in the same veneer as the panels around them.
- Ceiling beams: clad beams in real wood, cut to the ceiling measured on site.
- Wall panels and slat walls in white oak, walnut and other veneers.
- Room dividers that separate a large open plan without closing it.
The easiest time is around closing
Send the floor plan as soon as you have it. We draw the beams, the media wall and the built-ins from it, show you a 3D preview of your own room, and template on site once you have the keys. Production takes 4 to 6 weeks after the shop drawings are approved, and the work is finished and dry fitted in Chatsworth before our crew installs it.

Are you part of Toll Brothers?
No. Element Decor is an independent, family-owned shop. You hire us directly, after or alongside your purchase.
Can you work from the builder's floor plan?
Yes. Send the floor plan and photos of the rooms. We draw the work from it, then template on site before anything is cut.
Will this affect my builder warranty?
Check your warranty terms before any work starts. Send us anything that limits attachments or wiring, and we draw around it.
What does it cost?
Every job is quoted from its own drawings or photos. As a guide, simple paneled walls and media walls run $4,000 to $10,000, more complex walls $15,000 to $20,000, and room dividers $4,000 to $8,000. Beams are quoted per ceiling.
How soon can you start?
You can send the floor plan today. Production takes 4 to 6 weeks after the shop drawings are approved, and we template on site once you have the keys.
