A house is one job, not a list of walls

The advantage of taking a whole home at once is the material. Veneer varies between production runs, and when panels in different rooms come from different batches you see it, usually after everything is installed and it is too late to fix. On this project the veneer was drawn from one batch for the entire house.

The second advantage is sequence. Millwork arrives late in a build and gets squeezed by every trade ahead of it. Drawing the whole package early meant the people behind us knew exactly what was coming and when, and delivery was phased to suit the wider program rather than dropped in one load.

The result is a house where the entry, the living space and the bedrooms share one detail language instead of three. Completed February 2026.

  2. One material decisionVeneer, core and finish are chosen once, for the whole house, and bought from one batch.
  3. Samples to you or the clientApproved before anything is cut, in the light of the actual rooms.
  4. Template after framing and drywallRoom by room, as each is ready, not from the design set.
  5. Phased fabricationWork is built, dry fitted and labelled by location so it arrives in the order the site needs.
  6. Install and close outOur crew, room by room, with one point of contact for the whole package.

Questions

Do you work from an architect drawing set?

Yes, and it is the normal case on a project this size. We issue shop drawings from your elevations for mark up before production starts.

Why does one veneer batch matter?

Veneer varies between production runs. On a whole house, panels from different batches read as different colours once they sit in the same daylight.

Can you phase delivery around the rest of the build?

Yes. Work is fabricated, dry fitted and labelled by location, so it can be installed in the sequence the site needs.

Do you coordinate with the general contractor?

Yes. Cut outs, fixings, lighting and services are set out on the shop drawings, so the trades ahead of us know what is coming.

Is there a minimum size?

No. A whole home is one way we work. A single wall is another.
