Three architectural systems

Start with the surface.

One material language, engineered differently for a ceiling, a wall or an open divider.

Construction comparison

There is more than one way to build a slat wall.

Mass-market felt-backed panels are useful for a quick DIY feature wall. Our work begins where a fixed module stops being enough.

Designed to your scale

The profile changes the room.

A narrow, shallow slat creates a fine texture. A deeper profile makes a shadow line. A wider batten can hold a large restaurant wall or a double-height lobby. We draw width, depth and spacing together, then show the proportion in a 3D preview of your space.

Beyond the standard panel

A profile library without fixed limits.

The examples below are starting points. We can scale the face, projection, spacing, radius and lighting detail to the elevation.

Large-format architectural battens

Broad faces and deeper projections create a strong shadow rhythm for tall residential and hospitality walls.

Light inside the profile

A recessed, diffused LED sits within the side reveal, so the light reads as part of the millwork rather than an added strip.

Alternating width and depth

Narrow, deep and wide profiles can repeat in a controlled sequence, with changes at doors, corners and focal points.

Custom wall compositions

Widths, depths, spacing and termination heights are composed for the architecture. Selected slat ends can carry integrated warm light, turning a tall wall into a signature installation.

Real material, finished for the room

Wood should still look like wood.

Walnut, white oak, blackened oak, Fineline and designer veneers are selected for grain and wrapped or pressed over a stable architectural core. The finish is built in layers and sealed with a protective topcoat chosen for the application.

Hospitality & commercial

Built for restaurants, cafés and bars.

A hospitality wall has to carry the room, coordinate with lighting and survive real traffic. Send elevations or rough dimensions. We develop the profile, provide finish samples and shop drawings, fabricate in Los Angeles and install with our own crew.

From idea to installation

Drawn first. Built once.

Rough measurements and a photograph are enough to begin. We turn the room into a buildable system before material is cut.

Questions, answered

Before we draw your system.

Can the slat width and spacing be completely custom?

Yes. Width, depth, spacing and orientation are selected for the scale of the room and the design intent. We can use one repeated profile or develop alternating and graduated rhythms.

Can you integrate LED lighting?

Yes. We can recess linear LED profiles between slats, create illuminated shadow gaps or coordinate separate grazers. Wiring access and driver locations are resolved before fabrication.

Are all wood slats acoustic?

No. Slats can be decorative or combined with acoustic backing and an air cavity. Acoustic performance depends on the complete assembly, coverage and room conditions; we do not claim a rating without a tested specification.

Do you work from architects' drawings?

Yes. We work with architects, interior designers and general contractors, providing samples, shop drawings, finish coordination and installation details.

Where do you install in Los Angeles and Orange County?

Our crew measures and installs throughout Los Angeles County and Orange County, including Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Corona del Mar and Laguna Beach. For projects elsewhere in the United States, we can fabricate, dry-fit, label and crate the system with installation drawings.
