CNC Carved Oak and Walnut Wall Panels
A carved feature wall that reads as one continuous surface. The relief pattern was drawn parametrically, then cut on our CNC so the flow lines carry across every panel joint instead of stopping at it. Oak and walnut sit side by side, and the tone shift does the work that trim usually has to do.
Panels are built on a stable core and faced in real veneer, so the carved depth stays crisp and the grain stays continuous across the run. Each piece is cut to the measured wall, numbered in the shop, and hung by the same crew that made it.
- Species: white oak and walnut veneer
- Method: CNC relief carving from a parametric pattern
- Core: MDF or birch plywood, depending on span and load
- Finish: matte hardwax oil
