Oak Toned Wall Panels and Partition
Oak panels and a matching partition, both tinted rather than left natural. A tint keeps the grain visible while shifting the tone of the room, which is the middle ground between raw wood and paint.
Tinting oak is less forgiving than staining it dark. The colour sits thin, so any inconsistency in the veneer or in the sanding shows through instead of being covered. The veneer was selected for even grain before anything was cut, and every panel in the run came from the same batch so the tone stays level from wall to partition.
