Backlit Rain Profile Slat Wall
Slats set at varying depths so the face of the wall breaks into vertical lines of light and shadow, with LED washing down behind them. The effect reads as rain running down glass, which is where the profile gets its name.
The depth variation is the whole build. Each slat projects a different distance from the backing, and the sequence was set out on the drawing rather than improvised on site, because a random pattern and a designed one look nothing alike once the light is on. The LED sits in a channel behind the slat field with the driver reachable from an access point.
