Each product is custom-made according to the specifications chosen by the client. We have a scheduled production queue, and the completion and delivery timelines for each order are discussed individually.The Production Manager will determine a more accurate shipping and delivery estimate.
Usually the delivery time is 4 to 16 Weeks (depending on panel options): The date of this Order should not be considered the project start date. The order date is counted from the moment the deposit is made.

Our products are warranted to be free from material and quality defects and will conform to the approved order specifications.
Warranty Terms:
- Coverage: We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Exclusions: Any implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability, are excluded.
- Returns & Repairs: Defective goods may be returned after inspection and approval by us. If found defective, they will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
- Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product use.
- Claims: Any claims regarding defective goods, shortages, or other issues must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
